       ↭  SHAHI PANEER RECIPE Punjabi Dhaba Style  ↭



Shahi Paneer is a very special recipe of all the paneer recipes. I have prepared it in authentic punjabi dhaba style. In dhabas we often go to taste paneer dishes. Here I made it like dhabas, it's very easy to cook. I made it within 30 minutes and it came out too tasty. Best side dish for Shahi Paneer is Veg Fried Rice,which I have prepared already...Now let's learn how to make simple and tasty Shahi Paneer....🌝

Ingredients : - 
                  1. 200 gms paneer pieces
                  2  1 medium size chopped onion
                  3. 25 gms cashew nuts paste
                  4. 2 medium size chopped tomato
                  5. 2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
                  6. 1 tablespoon tomato puree
                  7. 1 chopped green chili
                  8. 1 bay leaf
                  9. whole garam masala,5-6 raisin
                 10. Fenugreek leaves 1 tablespoon
                 11. 1 teaspoon red chili powder (optional )
                 12. 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
                 13. 1 teaspoon coriander powder
                 14. 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
                 15. Salt to taste
                 16. 1 teaspoon sugar
                 17. 1/2 cup curd
                 18. 2 tablespoon oil

Method : - 
                Step 1. At first add some oil on hot pan. After that give onion and tomato on hot oil and saute for 2 minutes. Then add ginger garlic paste and green chili in it and cook it for anther 3-4 minutes on low flame. Cover it with a lid.
                Step 2. Open the lid and pour the paste with little water into a mixture container to make a sauce. Now take the pan and add remaining oil to heat it. Give a bay leaf and whole spices, raisin in the hot oil. Stir it then add the sauce in it. Now give turmeric, coriander, red chili powder, tomato puree, salt to taste and mix it properly. Cover the lid and cook it for 3-4 minutes on medium flame.
               Step 3. After opening the lid add the beaten curd and cashew paste, stir it and cover it with lid on medium flame for another 3-4 minutes. Give Fenugreek leaves and garam masala for nice flavor. Now add paneer pieces and sugar. Stir it very carefully, cover the lid for 2 minutes on medium flame. After opening the lid you will see that your beautiful dish is absolutely ready to be served hot..
