ALOO KA PARATHA / DHABA STYLE POTATO STUFFED PARATHA
Paratha is the most popular breakfast dish in India.It has many types,among them the most famous paratha is aloo paratha or potato stuffed paratha.Often I prepare various kinds of stuffed parathas and my family love to taste it.I made this paratha in very easy and quick process. I have made a special masala for this paratha which has given it an extraordinary flavor.Do try the recipe and get the taste of dhabas.Lets start how to prepare this tasty and spicy aloo paratha recipe....🌝

Ingredients : For Dough -
1. 1 cup wheat flour(Atta)
2. 1 cup all purpose flour(Maida)
3. 2 tablespoon yogurt
4. 1 tablespoon ghee
5. 1 tablespoon oil
6. 1 teaspoon dry roasted ajoin
For Stuffing -
1. 2 medium boiled and smashed potato
2. 1 chopped onion
3. fresh coriander leaves
4. 2 chopped green chiilies
5. Special dry roasted powdered spices (cumin seeds,coriander seeds,ajawain,black pepper,asafotida,dry mango)
6. 1 teaspoon chat masala
7. 1 teaspoon kashmiri red chilli powder
8. 1 tablespoon grated ginger
9.salt to taste
Method :
Dough Preparation :
Add all the dough ingredients in atta & maida and mix it properly for 10 minutes. Add small water and knead it into very soft dough.Now add some butter to give softer & mix it.Cover it for 15-20 minutes.
Stuffing :
Mix all the ingredients with smashed potato properly.Stuffing is ready for paratha.
Paratha Preparation :
Take a generous portion of dough and roll it into round shape. Put some stuffing in it and roll it .Flatten the dough like roti or chapati shape. It will be bigger & thicker than normal roti chapati.
Turn on the gas and take a tawa on it.Heat the tawa and givethe paratha in hot tawa and roast it on medium flame.Next,grease some oil or butter on the paratha two sides.your aloo paratha is ready to be served.Garnish it with chutney and salad.
