HYDERABADI STREET STYLE ALOO TOAST / CRISPY & INNOVATIVE SPICY POTATO TOAST WITH 2 SPECIAL CHUTNEY 

Hyderabadi Aloo Toast is a very popular street food. You also can call it Hyderabadi Potato sandwich.Its a very yummy snacks item for the evening.I made it in simple & easy style with two special chutneys.Lets learn how to prepare this street style Aloo masala Toast at home...🌝

Ingredients :
                     1. 4 sliced white bread
                     2. 3 boiled & smashed potato
                     3. 2 chopped onions
                     4. some dry fenugreek leaves / Kasuri methi
                     5. 2 tablespoon cornflour
                     6. some fresh coriander leaves
                     7. some butter to fry
                     8. 1 tablespoon chaat masala
                     9. 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
                    10. 3 chopped green chillies
                    11. 1 pinch of turmeric powder
                    12. 1 teaspoon coriander powder
                    13. 1 teaspoon kashmiri red chilli powder
                    14. 1 tablespoon grated ginger
                    15. salt to taste
                    16. some red chutney
                    17. some green chutney

For Batter :
                   1. 2 tablespoon all purpose flour
                   2. 2 tablespoon gram flour
                   3. 1 tablespoon baking soda
                   4. salt to taste
                            5. water as required
                             

Method :
                       Step 1 : Take a pan and put some oil.Then give cumin seeds,green chillies & ginger on hot oil and mix it for a minute.Add mashed potatoes,salt,turmeric,coriander,red chilli powder,chopped onions,kasuri methi and chaat masala.Saute on medium flame for another minute & cool down.

                Step 2 : Take a bowl & put the potato mixture.Now add green & red chutney,some lemon juice,corn flour and coriander leaves,Mix it well.Add the two chutneys on each bread and take a generous portion of potato masala mixture and cover the each bread with it.Now take another bowl and give all the batter ingredients and mix it well.Make sure the batter should not too thick and not too thin.

                Step 3 : Dip the bread from both sides in the batter,and keep aside.To fry the bread take a tawa and heat it.Put some butter and let it melt.Now give the bread and fry it until golden brown from both sides.After frying it cut the bread if you like.Give some two chutneys on the toast.Spead some onions & fine sev on the toast while serving.Here it is ready our special snack item Crispy & tasty Hyderabadi Aloo Toast.Enjoy the dish with a cup of hot tea.
