Ingredients : 
                        1. 200 gm paneer (cube sized)
                        2. 2 medium sized chopped onions
                        3. 2 sliced deseeded tomatoes
                        4. 1 sliced capscicum
                       5. 2 slit green chillies
                       6. 1 tablespoon garlic paste
                      7. 1 tablespoon ginger paste
                      8. 2 tomatoes,some cashew & red chillies paste
                      9. some fresh coriander leaves
                     10. 2 tablespoon yogurt
                    11. 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
                    12. 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds
                    13. some crushed whole garam masala
                    14. 2 dried red chillies
                    15. 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
                    16. 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
                    17. 1 teaspoon cumin powder
                    18. 1 teaspoon kashmiri red chilli powder
                    19. 1 teaspoon sugar
                    20. some dried fenugreek leaves
                    21. salt to taste
                    22. 2 tablespoon mustard oil
                    23. 1 teaspoon butter (optional)

Method :
               Step 1 : Heat the oil properly and give cumin seeds,fennel seeds,red chillies,crushed garam masala in the hot oil and mix it.Add onion and fry it for 2-3 minutes.Add ginger garlic paste,green chillies and some salt, stir it .Cover it with a lid.

              Step 2 : After 3-4 minutes open the lid and give the tomato masala paste along with curd and mix it.Again cover it on medium flame for 3-4 minutes.Open it and now add all the powdered masalas including salt.Stir it for another minute.Spread dry fenugreek leaves in the mixture and mix it.

            Step 3 : Now add capscicum and tomatoes and mix it well.Cover it for 6-7 minutes on medium flame.Open the lid and now add the paneer .Stir it very carefully with a dash of water and cover the lid again for 2-3 minutes on low flame.Open it and spread coriander leaves and some butter in the paneer gravy and lightly stir.Here our ready easy and perfect Chatpata Paneer ki sabji masala.Serve it hot with kulcha ,paratha or jeera rice...Enjoy your dinner....🌝
