Ingredients :
                       1. 150 gm suji or semolina
                       2. 25 gms chopped cashew nuts & almonds
                       3. 25 gms raisin,pistachio
                       4. 150 gm sugar
                       5. 1 teaspoon smashed green cardamom
                       6. 3 tablespoon ghee
                       7. 2 bay leaves
                       8. 1 cup milk

 Lets learn how to prepare it -🌝

Method : 
                  Step 1  : Heat a pan & add ghee in it,let it melt.Now give bayleaves & sooji in it & fry it for 5-6 minutes on medium flame .Add dry fruits and fry another 2 minutes.Add milk in it and boil the sooji for 4-5 minutes on medium flame.Stir it in between.Now add sugar and mix well for 2 minutes.Add green cardamom powder and mix until it forms barfi consistency.Take it out from the pan and pour the halwa on a plate.Spread all the remaining dry fruits and press it with the help of spatula or the end part of spoon.

When it is cool down,cut it with the help of a knife and serve it on a plate.Enjoy the dish and give me good feedback...
