Ingredients : -
                         1. 1 big size cauliflower (cut into 7-8 pieces)
                         2. 3 tablespoon poppy seeds paste (posto)
                         3. paste of 3 tomatoes
                         4. 2 tablespoon curd / yogurt
                         5. 1 tablespoon grated ginger
                         6. 3-4 slit green chillies
                         7. 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
                         8. 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
                         9. some coriander leaves
                        10. 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
                        11. 1/2 teaspoon kashmiri red chilli powder
                        12. 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
                        13. 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
                        14. 2 bayleaves,some whole garam masala,raisin
                        15. 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
                        16. 1 teaspoon sugar
                        17. 4 tablespoon mustard oil

ALOO GOBI MATAR KI SABJI



ALOO GOBI MASALA

Method : -

                  Step 1 : Fry the gobi till golden on hot oil for 5-6 minutes.You can cover the lid during frying.Take them out from the pan and keep aside.Now give bay leaves,whole garam masala,red chilli,cumin seeds,ginger.Mix it for 1 minute.Add tomato paste and stir well for 1-2 minutes.Now add posto paste and cook for 2-3 minutes on medium flame.You can Cover the lid on medium flame.

                Step 2 : Give the masala into the tomato mixture and stir well.Add Dahi in the mixture and mix for 2 minutes on low-medium flame.Add Kaju paste and stir it for another 2 minutes after mixing it add fried gobi.Add add 1 glass of water & stir it well. Cover it for 10-12 minutes on medium flame or until boil the gobi.


                                    Open the lid and check the gobhi.Now add sugar,coriander leaves and garam masala powder.Mix it and here our super tasty and delicious Gobhi Masala Gravy is Ready & Enjoy the dish.
