INGREDIENTS :
                                                                     1. 200 gm.all purpose flour
                                              2. 200 gm. mawa or kheer with                                                               jaggery
                                              3. 2 tblspn rice flour
                                              4. 50 gm rava or semolina
                                              5. 3-4 tblspn powdered sugar
                                              6. some raisin
                                              7. 1/2 tspn cardamom powder
                                              8. 1 tspn ghee
                                              9. 1 cup of milk

GAJAR KA SPECIAL HALWA 
METHOD :

                 At first take a bowl and pour maida,rice flour,rava,sugar one by one. Mix all the dry ingredients & pour the milk gradually and whisk it well for 5-7 minutes.Now cover the bowl with a lid and rest the batter for at least 1 hour.

For stuffings mix raisin,cardamom powder with mawa or kheer well with our hands and take a small portion of the stuffings and give them a long shape & keep aside.


Now take a Non-Stick Pan or kadai or tawa and heat it for a minute.After 1 hour, now open the cover of the batter and whisk it again for 5 seconds.Now grease the ghee with brush on the pan.Then pour 1 tblspn batter mixture on the pan and spread it well with the spoon.Now roast the pan cake for 30 seconds on medium flame and give the stuffings in the pancake and roll it gently with spatula or spoon.Take it from the pan.


Ready our winter special patishapta with kheer.Serve it hot or chilied & enjoy the dinner....

(Special Note : You can easily buy the mawa or kheer with jaggery from the market.If you don't find it buy mawa or kheer from the market and mix some (50 gm) jaggery in it and cook it for 5 minutes on medium flame.... Always cook the pan cake on low-medium flame.Make the batter very well and rest it for 1 hour.)
