Ingredients :
1. 400 gm rice flour
2. 1 bowl desiccated coconut
3. 1 tblspn grated garlic
4. 4-5 green chilli paste
5. 1/2 tspn carom seeds(ajwain)
6. 1/2 tspn caraway seeds(kalonji)
7. 1 tspn roasted cumin powder
8. 1 tspn ghee(optional)
9. oil to fry
10. salt to taste
11. water as required

CRISPY VEGETABLE PAKORA
Method :
Heat a pan give little ghee & oil and let it melt.Give ajwain & kalonji and mix them for few seconds.Add garlic & chilli paste and saute for a minute.Add coconut in it and mix for another minute.Add salt and give a glass of water.After a minute give rice flour gradually and immediately mix it.After that stir the mixture for 2-3 minutes well.Take out the mixture from the pan & let it cool down.
Now add roasted cumin with the mixture and make a dough.Take a big portion of the dough & flatten it.Then cut the dough in round shape with the help of cutter or an opener of a container.You can mix with dough the remaining part of the dough.
Now Turn on the gas and take a pan on it.Heat the pan for a minute on medium flame.Give oil in it and heat the oil enough to fry the pathiri.Now give the pathiri one by one and fry them until golden brown from both sides.Take them out from the pan and keep it on a tissue paper.
