Dal Paratha Recipe-Tasty & Spicy Paratha Recipe-Masaledar Dal Paratha

Paratha is the most popular breakfast dish in India.It has many types,among them, dal ka paratha is very popular throughout India.You can make this paratha with leftover cooked dal.I made this paratha in very easy and quick process.Do try the recipe and get the taste of dhabas.Let's start how to prepare this tasty and spicy dal ka paratha recipe....🌝

Ingredients :
                      1. 500 gm all purpose flour (maida)
                      2. 1 cup of moong dal
                      3. 1 chopped onion
                      4. some chopped green chillies
                      5. 1 tspn cumin seeds
                      6. 1 tspn carom seeds
                      7. salt to taste
                      8. 3-4 tblspn oil
                      9. 1 tspm garam masala powder
Method :

Step 1: Take a bowl,pour the maida,sugar,salt,oil.Mix all the ingredients before. Add some water in the mixture and make a medium smooth,soft dough.Make sure that it should not be too soft. Now cover it for 20-30 minutes in the normal temperature.

 Step 2 : After opening the cover take a small portion of dough,and give a round shape like roti.Roll it like a chapati,now fold it twice and roll it again gently & make a triangular shape like normal parathas.Make sure it should not be too thin or too thick. It should be medium in thickness.

Step 3 : Turn on the gas and take a tawa on it.Heat the tawa and give the paratha in hot tawa and roast it on medium flame.Next,grease some oil or ghee on the both sides. Take it out from tawa and our tasty and delicious gobi paratha is ready to be served.Garnish it with chutney or curd and salad.
