INGREDIENTS :  
                                1. 250 gm. Basmati rice
                                2. 200 gm fresh green peas
                                3. 50 gm chopped paneer
                                4. big cardamom 2 (crushed)
                                6. black pepper 10-12 (crushed)
                                8. green cardamom 7-8 (3-4 crushed)
                                9. cinnamon 2 (1 crushed)
                               10. cloves 5-6 ( 2-3 crushed)
                               11. mace little (little crushed)
                               12. cashew nuts 25 gm
                               13. bay leaves 2
                               14. ghee 2 tablespoon
                               15. oil 1 tablespoon
                               16. 1 tspn grated ginger
                               17. 3-4 chopped green chillies
                               18. 1 tspn cumin seeds

METHOD 

                       Step 1 : At first wash the rice properly and soak it for atleast 10-15 minutes,if you don't want to soak it then wash it very properly.After that strain the water from the rice.

 Step 3 : Take a small amount of ghee and oil in a pressure cooker pan and let it melt.Fry the paneer golden & take them out from the pan & give all the whole spices.Then add cashew nuts and ginger & chillies and fry it for 10-12 seconds or till the cashew turns golden.Add green chillies & cook it for 2 minutes.Add soaked rice into it & stir it continuously for 1 minute on medium flame.Give water (1.5 times of rice) from the sides.Add salt & fried paneer into it & mix it.Stir it & cover the lid of the cooker on high flame.

 Step 3 : After 2 whistles on high flame when the cooker gets cold open it.Here our super tasty & super quick Restaurant style Matar Pulav ready.I served it hot..
