Rogan Josh is a famous & Special Kashmiri Recipe.Naturally it is prepared in non-veg form.But Today I will show you something different.It is my own innovation,Paneer Rogan Josh.The recipe is super tasty & easy.I have prepared it in 10 minutes.You have not seen such Paneer Dish video before as it is new recipe of Paneer.I have prepared this recipe in Kashmiri Rogan Josh Style but with Paneer.So do try this Special & easy recipe and let me know how it is....

Ingredients : 
                       1. 200 gm paneer cubes
                       2. 2 tblspn curd
                       3. 1 tspn cumin seeds
                       4. little mace,1 cinnamon stick
                       5. 3 cloves, 6 green cardamom
                       6. 2 crushed big cardamom
                       7. 1 tblspn fennel seeds(saunf)powder
                       8. 1/2 tspn turmeric powder(optional)
                       9. 1/2 tblspn ginger powder
                      10. 1 pinch of asafoetida (hing)
                      11. 1 tblspn kashmiri red mirch powder
                      12. 3 tblspn mustard oil
                      13. salt to taste
                      14. water as needed

KASHMIRI DUM ALOO

 Method :
                   
 Step 1 : Give oil on a heat pan.After heating oil add 1/2 tspn cumin seeds,hing,both cardamoms,cloves and cinnamon,little mace into hot oil.Mix it for few seconds.

 Step 2 : Take a bowl and add all the powdered masala including curd with dash of water and mix it.Give the masala into the pan.And mix it for few seconds.Cover the lid and cook it for 2 minutes on medium flame.

Step 3 : Open the lid and add salt and some water and cook again with lid for another 2 minutes.Open the lid add some masala powder of cumin seeds,mace & green cardamom.Stir well.Now add Paneer into it & mix well.Cook it for 2 minutes.

                 Here our delicious & innovative Paneer Rogan Josh is ready to be served hot with Kashmiri Pulao
