WATERMELON SMOOTHIE/WATERMELON WITH CUCUMBER JUICE
I Often make Various types of healthy juices.Last Sunday I made it and it came out very nice.Watermelon juice has a lots of healthy benefits,it hydrates our body during summer.It has anti inflammatory properties,having vitamin c,vitamin B6 etc.Cucumber also energies our body having vitamin c and minerals.We should Drink the Juice everyday in summer.It has been prepared in easy and quick process within 10 minutes,tastes nice and refreshing.
Preparation time : 10 minutes
Serving : 2 People
INGREDIENTS : 1. 1/2 deseeded watermelon
2. 1 medium size core portion of cucumber
3. 1/2 teaspoon ginger paste
4. 1 teaspoon black salt
5. 3-4 tablespoon sugar
6. 2 tablespoon lemon juice
7. Ice
8. some water
METHOD : Step 1 :- At first take out all the seeds from the watermelon and chop it.Take a mixture container and pour all the ingredients.And switch on the mixture grinder for a minute.
Step 2 :- Switch off and Open the container and take two serving glasses and pour the fresh juice from a little higher level.Garnish it with ice.Cut a watermelon piece and place it on the top of the glass.Now it is ready to taste. Enjoy the summer and beat the heat.
