Ingredients :
1. 4 Boiled potatoes
2. one bowl chick peas & (soaked for 6-7 hrs and boiled)
3. 1 chopped cucumber
4. 1 chopped tomato
5. 2 chopped onions
6. 2 boiled green chillies
7. one small bowl gram (soaked 4-5 hrs)
8. 1 tablespoon tamarind paste
9. 1 tablespoon dry roasted cumin & red chilli
10. 1 teaspoon black salt
11. 1 tablespoon oil
12. some chopped coriander leaves
13. 1 tablespoon lime juice
14. 1 teaspoon chaat masala
HYDERABADI ALOO TOAST SANDWICH
Method :
Cut the boiled potatoes into cubes and smash the boiled chillies with spoon.Now Take a big bowl and mix all the ingredients one by one.Mix well with spoon,don't mash the potatoes.
Ready our chatpata street food aloo chana chaat at home perfectly.Garnish the chaat with sev and spread little roasted masala on it.Enjoy the winter evening and let me know how is it ?
