I often make this dish and every time it comes out brilliantly.It is so mouth-watering that you would like to gobble the whole thing in one go.It is perfect for naan, paratha & rice.My hubby loves it. Thats why I often make it at dinner time.It is too easy to cook under 15 minutes.It is a very famous Indian street food,made it in healthy style.Lets learn how to prepare this simple and chatpata recipe...🌝 Cooking Time :- 15 minutes Serving :- 4 people Recipe Type :- Curry Recipe Category :- Indian 1. 250 gms. grated paneer 2. 2(two) medium sized chopped tomatoes 3. 2(two) medium size chopped capsicum 4. 1(one) tablespoon grated ginger 5. Fresh coriander leaves 6. 3(three) chopped green chilies 7. 1(one) pinch asefoetida 8. 1(one) teaspoon cumin seeds 9. 1(one) tablespoon special dry roasted spices( includes 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, 1/2 teaspoon coriander seeds, 1/2 teaspoon ajwain, 2 green cardamom, 1 clove, 1 cinnamon & 1 teaspoon fenugreek leaves ) 10. 1(one) tablespoon butter 11. 2(two) tablespoon oil 12. 1 pinch of turmeric powder 13. 1 teaspoon kashmiri red chili powder(optional) 14. 1 teaspoon garam masala powder 15. Salt to taste Method :- Step 1:- At first dry roast the special spices mentioned above & grind it in mixer.Add butter and oil in the heat pan and add asefoetida, cumin seeds, green chilies and grated ginger in the hot oil and mix it for a minute. Step 2 :- Fry the capsicum and tomato for for 7-8 minutes. After frying it give all the spices and stir it on medium flame. Then add crushed paneer and mix it properly.Then cover it with the lid for 2-3 minutes on low flame. After that add fresh coriander leaves and salt & mix it for another 2 minutes. Thus, our spicy and quick paneer bhurji is ready to be served hot for paneer. Serve it with paratha & salad.
